Let There Be Lightby nrouteComment: interesting, unusual 'double' pattern. Might have been good in B&W as the skin tones are distracting. |

A New Leafby Pete02tComment: B&W hasn't done much for this - the contrast is still quite low and very grey - some work in photoshop with levels might have darkened the darks and lightened the lights to make this stronger. Framing is too central and makes it quite static. |

night time transformationby magnetic9999Comment: good interpretation - I was going to do this one but couldn't convince my wife :) Like the purple toning - very effective for this theme. |

Transition No. 4by tlalondeComment: Nice shot and good interpretation - not sure I like the tat, but hey, it's not my skin... |

Crossingby timj351Comment: transition from one side to the other - also like the dark to light 'portal' view. Good use of black & white, nice leading 'lines' of the cars. Well framed - good shot. Only problem is, the subject matter isn't too arresting/ interesting to me. |

Water and Ice Colorsby ChrommonkyComment: creative and imaginative. Focus seems a bit out. Could have done with a better location with more light and maybe a different backing than the tabletop ? |

sea the rocksby mnewmanComment: hmm. stretching it to find a transition. land to sea ? This needs better light to work, it is just too flat. Early morning or late evening might have given you something more interesting to work with |

One-Way Ticketby TrickyBuddhaComment: framing could have been a bit lower, to get the whole bus and loose some sky. Background seems cluttered |
