Nice idea, but something doesn't seem right... the image inside the frame seems glued there and the horizon line doesn't align with the outside. Also the frame looks bi-dimensional without depth.

I think cropping the bottom (wet part) would enhance this already good image. There are too many distractions there on the first plane.
