The lights in her eyes and the spot on her nose suggest a very small light source from on the axis of the camera. You have created a very flat light by doing so. Perhaps using some window light or an off axis light would improve this a great deal!

Colours are great! A couple of things that stick out to me are the reflections in the glass (did you shoot this in a light tent?) and the water droplets... Otherwise, a very nice shot!
