This guy was playing his accordian and the two young men were very rapt listeners. Their mom had gone ahead, they'd briefly followed, then ran back to listen some more.

Large crop (wide angle again) and another Nik Silver Efex setting to convert to B&W, add a bit of grain, and add the light vignette.

I agree it could use more contrast and a bit of brightening. We've had very dull gray weather lately.

very cute scene. I love the indifference of the adults to the accordion, but the children are fascinated.

This reminds me of what my youngest would do, and I'd have to literally drag her away. The triangle formed by the two children and man make for great composition and keeps my eye right where it should be. I actually like the processing; I think more contrast or lighter would give it a different mood that wouldn't work so well.

Oh...this is great...the joy on his face and the enrapture of the girls.

Watching children is a treat, watching them enjoy music is even moreso.

I swear I want to know your secret for finding such interesting street shots like these.

For me, the Nik Silver Efex seems to work better on this shot, maybe because it's a lower contrast shot to begin with. It's a great capture, the kids entranced, and all the adults around totally ignoring the magic.

Wonderful- the look on the man's face is sweet-you see so much with that thing hanging round your neck :)

Very nice. I love the attentiveness of the young children to this senior man playing his music.

Nice capture of a beautiful scene. I like the vignette here, but perhaps overall it could use a little more contrast.

Mama's got a squeezebox, Daddy never sleeps at night. I wonder why everything makes me think of song lyrics.

This certainly has a vintage feel with the older guy and his accordian, as well as the slight fadedness of the vignette. Nice!!

Like the expression on the accordion player's face. I think the light vignette is a little overdone. This shot has a lovely historic feel to it. I like your work a lot.

That's a great shot, "timeless" comes to mind. That processing gives this a real vintage feel. Might just be worth that $200! (I spend other people's money with abandon!)
