Technically this is a great photo, however the model looks almost dead. I think had her eyes been open with some kind of facial expression it would have looked better.

I soak them and then I cook them in a skillet with some of the beer. Enough to almost cover them, then let them cook until the beer reduces. You have to really watch them towards the end so they don't burn, but the beer leaves a nice caramelized coating on the brats when all done.
