 Tonights dinner is bratwurst, they are soaking in beer. The peppers and onion will be heated with some diced tomato's and balsamic vinaigrette to go on top of the bratwurst.

I soak them and then I cook them in a skillet with some of the beer. Enough to almost cover them, then let them cook until the beer reduces. You have to really watch them towards the end so they don't burn, but the beer leaves a nice caramelized coating on the brats when all done.

Very delicious sounding. My family loves brats. I may have to try this next time.
The composition of the still life scene is great. Even the reflection in the mixer bowl. The colors are fabulous. The only nit pic is the decoration on the bowl could have been turned in so its not cut off. ;) Good Job!
