Crossing by timj351Comment: The lines in this are near perfect, giving very strong emphasis on the center horizontal third. |

The Hill In Infraredby DavenitComment: This is so cool . The infrared makes this setting look like a model village. I am however drawn to the left a bit too much. You can see how the lines and darker clouds do that. Wouldnt mind living in one of these shacks too. |

A little walk in the ol' countryby blind_as_a_batComment: If you could take out the power lines, center the tree . It would help . But they might have arrested you for chopping down power pole's. Power lines and sometimes wire fences are a big negative . |

Newhall Parkby cvhs99Comment: I think for a Flora and Fauna pic w/ cat this would fit the challenge. But its not really a landscape. Think of hwre your eyes travel here also , As a tip The building in the upper left is distracting. The tangled brush isnt very appealing either. Its a great attempt keep at it. |

mid winterby flasherComment: I might have placed the sage a little lower but leaving the horizon where its at. By changing the angle at which you shot this The colors are fantastic as well as the shadows. 7 |

Down the valleyby amnonComment: The horizon kinda fades out because of the haze. if the contrast was turned up a few notches it might help. The road travelling diagonally really makes this a great shot but it peters out in the center left third of the pic. Leaving your eyeballs standing there waiting for a place to go. Great landscape 7 |

Prominent Thornsby smellyfish1002Comment: I think that I may be looking at a closeup shot, not a landscape. Even though I can see it in the background it isnt the main subject. Beautiful pic .7 |

Silhouette at sunrise.by MarklaneComment: Best of the lonely tree type.By cropping in the main tree I think you gave it greater emphasis. Pretty cool I hadnt thought of that.9 |
