Hello? by CutterComment: Love the colors in the wood and the girl. Dark, but not too dark. |

Adrift by ZoomdakComment: Wow, great story of how you setup this shot! After all that work of strapping the bed to your car and carrying it out to the beach, I'm glad you got a Blue ribbon out of it.
Well deserved. I really like the "Bizzare Dream" outtake. Great!!! |

Things Weren't So Rosy in the 30's by KylieComment: Contrats Kylie! I missed the car show at Cal Expo! :( I didn't hear about it this time. Great shot, you really deserved the ribbon for this one! |

pier at sunsetby wkmenComment: Very nice, in my opinion this is one of the best out of the bunch. I love the rich blues and reds. The subject and composition seems nicely balanced to me. Great. :) |

old barn and buttercupsby wkmenComment: Nice composition... This one is crying out for USM. Remember to use a the "highest" FStep possible with landscape (F11, etc) to get your DOF. |

life's ebb & flowby wkmenComment: I like the exagerated colors... I know how old scanned images can leave a LOT of noise in the image.... So get NeatImage for these. Or use the magic wand to select the sky, then use Gausian Blur on it. What I do is remove as much noise with the clone stamp tool first, then the above. |

pier reflectionsby wkmenComment: Very nice. I don't know if I like the houses on the left. Maybe another shot so the houses are out of it, and more ocean would be more "mysterious" looking. |

solitary sunsetby wkmenComment: pixelated. Maybe you used a very high ISO for this? If so, try using a lower one + a longer shutter speed + a tripod. :) |
