Sensor dust? A dreaded problem, but not interesting enough for a good score, consider shooting some color gradient at least, even then it would be lacking an interesting visual subject.

Interesting pattern and texture. But even with the title, it doesn't look or feel like dirt, maybe a more brown hue would help?

Nice posing of the hands, good composition. But I think that the overall desaturation choice doesn't help, how about trying selective desaturation on the green background, with the hands and dirt in stronger color?

Nice study in lighting and shadows, but it's somewhat too abstract/simple -- for a higher score, it probably would do better with an added element, like an insect, a flower, a shoe, etc.
