 Hehehehe...this was Kita's angry look. It was all put on from both of us. I got her to wipe her face with dirt and then give me some looks...she really liked playing with this type of look.

I realised after that I should have put dirt on her shirt...but couldn't be bothered with a reshoot.

And for the record...there is no dodge on the eye...that is just from the blending modes of the layers.

love this! her expression is perfect.. only little complaint is I would have cropped off some of her shirt.. focus more on her dirty little face : )

Hmmm. I think I've seen this little girl before. You need to give your kids a bath on occasion, you know :)))) (or send them to the beach). It's a good entry to the challenge. I wish the shirt were a plain fabric (the print looks like a pickle with wings). Did you try a closer crop? ~8

Great expression. Her hair really fits the image as well! Nice composition and DOF. My only criticism is the eyes look overdone (too much dodging)

Nice expression and the eyes are sharp. Both bonuses for a good portrait. I was looking for even more dirt. This seems too "made up" as I don't see much in her hair. Still, not bad. 6

amazing, kita's even pretty when grubby. very nice shot, although i think the crop might have been better leaving out the decorations on the shirt - they're a little distracting

Looks a bit hard lighted for me. I feel like she's mad about having to be this dirty for some reason. I think that it's because there's no dirt on the pink, and that makes it look just not quite "candid".

Really good. I'd crop just above the head of the angel on her sweatshirt. Great detail on her face. Love the eyes.
