adfgasdfgadsfgby CamComment: I gave it a 2 ... but now I understand why. :) When I first looked at this, I thought, "OK ... couldn't think of anything else and going for the brown." The funny thing is, for your story on why this got submitted, it still was not the worst and is in fact a pretty good photo! :) Would work well for the "Obsolete" challenge, seeing as how I don't see rabbit ears much anymore. :) |

Howdyby scalvertComment: I just love this! I imagine what's really going on is:
Bear #1 says: "How many human hors 'd oevres for you, sir?"
Bear #2 (your bear): "Five please!"

Our Resident Rose Queenby LadeeMComment: Originally posted by bluejeans: This photograph was taken in black & white mode aite? How did you colour that woman? |
It was taken in color, and I "desaturated" the rest of the photo. It's called selective desaturation. I selected Abby, copied her to a separate layer, then desaturated the other layer. I did this to make her stand out more. |

Mid Day Prowlby jensmustangComment: Your kitty has some very striking eyes ... They are definitely the point of focus. I would have liked to see a larger crop (kitty's ears are cut off, and so is the tail). Also, it seems kind of fuzzy. Did you use a noise remover? See if you can try this one again. I know kitties are hard to work with, but if he was looking right at you, that would be great! Keep it up! :o) |

A new dayby TruegshtComment: Very dark. I'd like to see the original image. Not that I mind grainy, but it's almost too grainy. The reds and hues are great, but I just wish it were a little brighter ... |

Small Town Beautyby AJFIComment: Great use of desat. I can almost see the elder men, sitting on those benches, turning tales of days gone by. Great job! :o) |
