hehe- I almost entered this challenge-and was going to put in a title of a big white bird with its wings splayed out etc- (great minds think alike huh?) this is a -beatiful whimsical capture! I love how the wings almost seem translucent! :) lovely image! (high score) :)

hehe in the moment I pondered entering this competition I thought about entering an image similar to what you have and actually titling it the -same- thing! *I didnt' enter, and i'm glad I didn't -there is some -tough- competition in this challenge!!* -- this made me laugh because as they say 'great minds think alike' and all... well- the composition is wonderfulthe tonal range is nice, and the movement you show here is very much like dancing! :)

Nice capture, I love how the birds mouth is wide opened, and wings are spred out while the water splashes up behind it! makes me think of the ducks locally frolicking in the water and havin ga blast swimming/flying over the water! they sure do seem to enjoy flying!!! :) beautiful color capture on the wings too! :)

really cute! :) whatever tha tcircle is (a table?) is a little distracting but ignorning that - your subject is wonderfully toned, the textures of the chare are great and overall your B&W scale is amazing :) Lovely relaxed expression on the childs face--high score, composition is nice, and now as i stare more at the image the half circle kind of gives my eyes a little play with shapes.... square vs circle....
