A technically perfect picture - but why? As a macro there is no advice to give, your focus is incredible. But other than that, what does it offer of interest? I questioned the pink background, and the grey coin does look good on pink but I bet you could have improved your score half a point simply by putting it on a flag, or something with american colors.

maybe a tighter crop so the image is not so square? A narrower format would imply smoke going up. and the really interesting smoke is in middle vertically.
