I like the look that says, "what do we do now"?

Hope that foot feels better soon! Nice lighting; perhaps a pose lolling casually on the bench would reinforce even more that this is a "family" member.

i find the placement of their eyes making for a very good composition of the dogs. but i find the arm of the bench cutting through the center of the pic very distracting. when i photograph my dog, i like to take the tags off. I feel it lessens the "snapshot" type of feel to the pic.

5.9 - great title - and even without it you just KNOW. Creative on every level and technically excellent.

Awwwww. . . .and he has a boo-boo on his leg!!! I love these kinds of dogs. They are so sweet and loyal. They say "family" everytime you look in their eyes, right??? :)

cute pups - I, also, am about to be reduced to a family of dogs. Your pose is odd, it looks like the lab is about to poop on his little friend.

what's wrong with the leg? nice shot helped by a very good title. i still believe a title means more than the recognition we give it.

Beautiful, rich color, fun composition, and so clear and sharp. Their faces are precious. I want them both. One of my favorites. 10

I see two dogs. What is supposed to convey the sense of family? Your title? I like the colors in the shot. The lighting and focus/clarity are nice as well. But no feeling of family from it.

Amazing DOF (I can almost read the dogtags!). Cute expressions (I hope the pup's leg is okay) and nicely composed. Good color and lighting. 8

Lovely shot of your pets. I hope its leg is okay. However..... doesn't say "Family" to me.

the little dog is kinda lost back in the end - if he will, try having him stand under the big dog's belly. He looks as if he would fit and it would improve on the composition.
Colors are nice but could be a little brighter.

AWW. I love the angle and the placement of the dogs on the bench. The focus is well done and the lighting is quite natural. This is a genuine capture. Thanks for the smile. 9
