Great work I like the soft focus - and yet it still has a lot of detail. Yes, the Neg Space makes a difference and adds to the subject and the effect of the photo. The Neg Space REALLY draws your attention right to the pen. Technically great work. Great composition. The placement here is perfect - as not being all the way in the corner (although, As I look at this, I wonder, does the person writing with this pen hold it at the end of the pen? -just a thought I had) So, it's great, makes a person think. Great Work 10

OOOH I like this a lot!!!
Great work Really nicely done. I love the contrast with the b/w and the center of the flower. Of course the best part is the petals fading into the background. Awesome composition and Idea. Does the Neg Space do anything for this photo....YES - great job. 10

Great shot! I love the colors - so warm and inviting. The composition is great. I love the focus (just curious, what it would like like in b/w...not that I don't love it the way it is) The flower appears as if it is floating. There's only one thing that bothers me (and I'm sure you've heard it already) is the bottom left corner, it appears that it was over contrasted/sharpened...Why this bothers me, because the rest of the image is so smooth and flowing and the speckles take away from that....this is my reaction. Anyway...This is a wall hanger. Oh, Yes the neg space definately affects the impact of this image!! Great work 9

Excellent, great work Great use of neg space. (maybe could've been cropped just a tad more). As I look at this, I think, does the neg space do anything to the subject? I say YES, (I took paper and placed it over the neg space area) Without the neg space, you get just the window part and not the effect of perhaps laying on the floor in a dark room, "gazing into heaven" (although I may have called it DayDreaming-but what's the diff) The angle is great as well as the colors of the sky. Great contrast, really brings out the sky. Wonderful job. 10
