There's a good deal of JPEG compression here. The file is only about 1/3 of what's allowed and it lowers the quality of the photo considerably.

Thanks everyone for your comments. After waiting all week for the sun to come out (it never happened) I saw my roomate's guitar sitting on the couch and decided to try some things out. Nothing fancy here - two torchieres in the living room and a pillow to hold the guitar in the right place on the couch. Light was bounced off the ceiling and it's the ceiling reflected in the guitar in the upper left corner. Handheld 1 second exposure.
