Squire's Castleby indianzfanComment: Nice picture and great detail on the castle. The textures of the stones and forest are quite apparent. White balance seems slightly off with the colors looking a little washed out. Polarizer filter to help maybe? |

Depth of Viewby FotowereldComment: Good point of view and use of lines and angles. IMHO I think a slower shutter speed to expose more detail and emphasize the motion of the people may have helped? Also, the part of the ledge/railing on the bottom left is somewhat distracting. Nice picture nonetheless. |

Turbulent Wavesby CamComment: The composition, b&w, and subject make this very dramatic. I like the shutter speed used to freeze the waves and splashes... really emphasizes the title. I give an 8 |

Spectatorsby soupComment: I like this photo because of the subject and composition IMHO. I think it would have been better if the birds made up more of the composition and were zoomed closer, even if that meant losing some of the balloons in the shot. This would have brought out more detail in the birds and emphasized the deep DOF. |

Batter Up!by L1Comment: Very creative point of view. The detail, composition, and DOF are excellent and the idea overall is simply brilliant. I'm assuming the bat and ball were laid over a pain of glass? One thing that would be neat (outside of the challange) would be to crop the ball in Pshop and create 2-3 layers overlapping and each other. Set the layers' opacity and this would give the ball the illusion of motion blur. Anyways, just a thought :) .... Hope you do well and I give this photo a 9 |

The Recital by grigrigirlComment: Brilliant post editing. The soft focus, color desaturation, composition, and camera angle totally work for me.... 8 |
