Too small. Please use all the pixels DPC allows you. Composition actually looks pretty good. Could be an interesting photo if it were larger!

A lovely subject and composition but it is just a little to dark and a little too flat tonally. If there had been more visual emphasis on the eyes, you might have had a top 10.

Looks like a great guy and a character, but I think the photo would be much more effective without the bugeyes. Great use of BW, great job capturing exceptional detail on his face. Good job with the composition/crop too.
