I like it, particularly the blues. A border would have made this stand out more - there is too much gray in your photo to pop against the gray dpc background.

The light showing through the mic on the right side works against the photo by dragging your eye inyo the black. It seems to me that the model is just pausing with mouth open rather than actaully talking. Other than that, very nicely framed, good concept. Worth reshooting.
