Heather:
You've done well here! I expected this shot to finish slightly higher than it did...nonetheless...congrats on your top ten finish...and only your second entry!
Keep at it...you've got the eye/touch ...I can see it.
Well done, well deserved finish.
Regards,
Randy

Excellent concept and execution. Good job isolating the arms in Basic Editing. The light seems a little flat, but still worth a 9.

Great idea, love the simplicity and the sentiment. ;-) I could see this being sold to folks who know and use sign language.

Wonderful use of the black background. The best sign language image in the group.

I is a powerful image but the choice of signs and the title hurts it for me.

Would prefer to see the person not just the arms. Part of the communication in sign language comes from facial expression.

That is great! Clever idea. 10 for me, absolutely. Simplicity and the message straight to the point.

What is so great about the art of sign language is the fact that you can say swear type words on TV or even on this dpchallenge site without causing a fuss. Very theatrical with dark background. Hand movement captured on still hides movements I've seen done with extra emotion. Great topic, excellent photo. Thanks.

LOL! I love shots that make me think a little bit. If the title hadnĀ“t been included I would probably not have gotten it, at least not right away. 8
