Winter Blossomby dadas115Comment: Very nice composition. I wish that it had a bit more separation from the background in terms of contrast. It would also be nice if some highlights could have been applied... perhaps a backlight or some glow through illumination with a narrow spot aimed at the petals. |

Pineconeby OneSweetSinComment: I think that I see what you are trying to achieve here and can appreciate feel of the image. However, the centered subject makes for a rather static photo. That is, there is no visual motion. Nothing to lead the eye around, to or from the subject. |

Dietby johnsonComment: Nice arrangement, very simple, but nice. Lighting is the only real problem that I have with this image. I think that it would be much better if it were lit so as to eliminate the shadows, espescially the distinct shadow from the olive. |
