Awww NUTS!by slgardnerComment: I think this is the best of the 'nuts' pictures. Good focus, great colours. Much more interesting seeing the nuts themselves as well as the shells. I also like that they fill the frame and having an empty shell at the centre really does provide a good focal point in the image. Great stuff. |

My Blanketby marboComment: This picture really drags you in and won't let go. The contrast of the blanket to the smooth face is good and the eyes have highlights that really lift them and grab the attention. The fuzzy bit at the bottom of the picture really gives a depth to the image. This is one of my top 5 favourites in this challenge. |
