Little Groupieby skylenComment: Nice idea for the challenge. The little boy is adorable, but the man with the red hat pulls attention away from him. I think the cropping could be tighter, the horizon less tipped and the focus a bit sharper. |

Xtreme Docking!by parrotheadComment: Fits the challenge well. The use of duo-tone is nice. I think your frame is a bit to heavy--it takes up space that could be used by the more interesting elements of the photo |

Midas (blue period)by Ecce_SignumComment: Nice abstraction. A little too over-saturated for my taste, especially because the building disolves into the sky at one point near the top. |

RUNWAYby ChefbozComment: Sharp and bright! Use of lines gives great impact. I like the way the mirage at the end of the runway disolves into the sky. Most of the thinner lines look jaggy on my monitor, however. Is this over-sharpening or just a remant of compression? |

Sittingby LuxvichComment: Cute idea. I like the composition and the use of sepia. Somewhat wistful feel to this. |

Garlic Blossoms (scapes from planet earth)by KaDiComment: Wow! Thank you Brad! I was really pleased with my entry and happy so many others liked it. I'm afraid my challenge work runs hot and cold at the moment.
I should clear up the name thing. (I entirely forgot what was in my profile or I would have changed it if I thought I'd make the top 10.) Lily is the name of one of my cats, her brother is Tiger. I like to mess around with my profile name so this week I'm "Lily Meister". That replaced "Thread Killer" once I stopped killing all the threads I spoke to . Who knows what it'll be next week... But I'll stick with KaDi here, if you don't mind. |

Garlic Blossoms (scapes from planet earth)by KaDiComment: Thank you all for the wonderful comments!
And thanks to the two of you who marked it as a favorite, too!
This 11th place finish launches me to a personal best. Happy! Happy! |

I am a Flowerby unknowndeathComment: This is so richly textured in your post-processing! Love the effect! It seems it has enough contrast to carry off this technique. The blue of the flower(?) next to it is a nice contrast, but I think the green in the corner detracts. Nice, overall. |
