The Stalkerby aznymComment: What energy! The motion blur works so well to convey the moment! Like the way the highlights on her leg blend with the wet pavement and yet detail is there in the rest of the image. It took me awhile to understand your title as the shadow of the stalker doesn't jump out at first--so nice when I finally "get it". |

Autumn still lifeby willemComment: So suprised to see this one! I see it every morning at work since you posted it in the forums for comment--hope you don't mind that I took the liberty of making it my desktop image. I saved it for inspiration--I hope to be able to "paint with light' and achieve the form and mood you have here. So painterly. Good luck in the challenge! |

Kimmel Abstractby banmornComment: Beautiful abstract! Love the way the lighting gives this its 3-D feel. Colors compliment without jarring th eye. Nicely done! |

Securityby kirbicComment: Tender! Nice capture of emotion and moment! Seems like it could be just a little sharper on the baby's eyes, the blur is just a little unsettling. |

sunday morningby coldaComment: Inviting! I love the near-abstraction of your image! The sharpening on the water makes it seem as if it's still in motion--the beach allows the eye to rest for a moment, though before it's pulled back in. A very nice best-of-year indeed! |

Comtemplationby sgauriaComment: Cleverly focused! The mood is there in this well thought out photo. The right side drags me away a little, perhaps a slightly closer crop would pull me back in. Hard to find fault with anything else (but I'm sure someone will). |
