the way it wasby mariucaComment: I like this version because you got in closer. I'd be tempted to crop this square and remove the modern car reflection on the right. The window, text, shadows, tones and subject matter reminds me of Saul Leiter. One of my favorite photographers so I do like this. Nicely spotted! |

I see what you're saying but I find her hand and the fire truck important elements. Street photography should show the environment and not a detail in isolation. At least these are the most rewarding shots for me. The challenge is in finding the proper compromise between simplicity and complexity. |
