so clever and original. composition of elements works. to make this a bit better I'd suggest cropping out/cloning out the wire or hanging the pepper on something more photogenic (e.g. longer stem, held by a hand) . as is well done

a lot to like here - rocks add a smooth, natural contrast to the "foreign" ball. solid composition and framing. to impove this solid entry, I'd suggest changing the water in some way to add more life into the composition (bit stagnent) e.g. bubbles or ripples in the water, flowing water.

strong diagonal and repetition make this a good composition - to make it even better I'd like to see a subject to add scale and perhaps a focal element (even color as the brown.green doens' grab me)

nice use of dof = really pops out agains the b&w treatment of hand and dirt. To make this an even better shot-- the dirt in the fingernails distracts my eye for some reason (others will like it) maybe it's their length that doesn't go with digging? I'd like to see more of the hand - cutting it off mid-palm distrupts the flow. Overall well done.

strong composition on the diagonal, pleasing color palette. Upper right is curious - too small to pull my eye through the shot but too large to ignore. I like that there's something there - perhaps more of it?

You've got two somewhat competing aspects of this shot and my attention isn't flowing from one to the other but rather am left with the feeling these are two different shots/perspectives put in one image. I do like them both separately! Toning down the red or bringing more color into the palm trees might be worth playing around with.

Fire and Ice

Fine shot, well composed - the repetitive poles add the interest needed. To make this better, imho, I'd like more light in the forgroung (or overall?) to bring out some of the detail (as is I really can't tell this is ice)
