Forcing a little boy into the rain with a bad umbrella, shame on you. ;) This is an excellent picture in my opinion. I love how the boy is tilted to the left sort of scrunched over fighting the weight of the rain and and the coldness of the water. 10.

Great subject. Not happy with composition though. Probably should have moved the camera over about 1/3 a frame. Cut off the horses tail and ass, there is nothing really going on there, and the tail is more of a distraction. Put empty space in the direction your subject is moving. In your picture the horse and rider is going to fall out of the frame. The image could also be a little sharper.

This photo is a contradiction intself to the rule of framing. You put the person on the left third because he's moving to the right which was good, but he's backwards so it looks bad. The positioning of it just makes it seem like the dragon head is more your subject than the people. A broader shot of the boat with the people rowing probably would have been better.
