You did a good job at getting your subject in focus. Next time try to get a little closer, and maybe turn your camera sideways so they can fill the frame. Also try to think of the viewer and how he would feel about looking at this picture. Why would I enjoy looking at these two guys? Think about some of these tips next time and you'll have a winner. :)

I kinda like this image. I like the dead space. I think you had a good idea here. The leaving person should have been in focus though. Also, for this challenge I would prefer to see more people in the picture.

Nice portrait of a weathered man. You would have done better with some kind of a back drop rather than being able to see parts of your house. Lighting might work well in some circles but I would have prefered a half lit face for more dramatic effect. Oh yeah, the self-portrait challenge was a few weeks ago. ;)
