Tidepool Reflectionsby RoninComment: This is beautiful. I love the greens and the reflection in the water. It almost looks like some ancient creature rising up out of the water. I keep coming back to this and looking....I've taken my vote up a little since I first voted. Great job... 9- KDJohnson |

Flowby moondoggieComment: I love the detail of everything in this. It's unusual viewing it from a sideways angle as this but that's what makes it interesting to me.9 - KDJohnson |

Petalsby YellowpeepComment: I really like this shot. The only thing that bothers me are the out of focus parts of it. But I think the set-up and cropping of it is great. I'd just like to see it a little sharper. 7 - KDJohnson |

Wild Ponies of Corollaby menracComment: This reminds me of when I lived in Chincoteague and out near Assateague Island, VA.This photo combines my love for horses and the beaches. I did not realize there were wild ponies off the NC coast. I'll have to get out there. Beautiful shot. 9- KDJohnson |

Sony Center Cupolaby stephanComment: This is so abstract and pretty. Wouldn't it be wonderful if those sections were different colors too? I like this a lot. 9- KDJohnson |

fingers and toesby MrsKroComment: Yes, this was shot in low light....but when I converted it to b&w and tweaked the sharpness it just came out with this grainy effect that I really liked... I had a feeling I would get a lot of negative comments on it so I was really surprised by how many folks actually liked the effect as much as I did. Thanks for all who voted and I appreciate the comments. :) BTW, these were my daughter's feet...shot on our living room sofa with a chenille blanket underneath her. And yes....I've been onto her about biting her nails forever now. :) Karen |
