Magic Carpetby NatashaComment: Weird and cool. I'm not sure how well it meets the challenge, but I love the way that vase shines out from the darkness as though it's hovering there in mid air. |

Birch on Blueby KazComment: Seems a bit overexposed. The blue sky is overwhelmingly blue against the white bark, which doesn't show all its details because of overexposure. I'm not sure that you achieved what you wanted to with this photo, although the patterns of the branches and twigs in the sky are lovely. |

Don't Look Up!by JakComment: This is cool, the corners have this odd optical illusion type effect. I don't really like the colours though. Yellow, orange and brown! A little work on the hue could have brought out the red tones more, maybe.
Oooh, yes, I just tried it, and if you turn the hue towards the red end, it turns a really lovely deep orange with darker browns. |

It's Just A Gameby ShiiizzzamComment: I really don't like photos that are this big on my screen. It's hard to take them all in.
Technically, this photo is great. I can see all the textures and patterns in the shot. The lighting is gorgeous and there's great tonal depth. Thematically, though, it does nothing for me and I'm not sure if it meets the challenge. |

Round by albright1Comment: Neat, but the composition doesn't quite seem right to me. It feels too upright with a vague curve off into the distance on the left. If you'd gotten a better angle so you can just see pillars sweeping off into the distance, and cut out the steps and wall on the right, it might have had more impact. |

Caught Again!by svitalComment: I love how his one blue eye and raised eyebrow peer out defiantly behind that milk container :). You caught something really intrinsic to domestic, family life. I'm not sure that it meets the challenge though, and I know a lot of people must be screaming "SNAPSHOT!" at you, but I think this photo has merit. |

Other Sideby crabappl3Comment: Odd how the composition of this is ultimately centred, but it doesn't feel as though it is. I really like the colours in this photo, and the sense of barrenness. I don't know how you took this without being terrified! This space scares me. I'd hate to be alone in there at night. High marks for being so evokative. |

Twilight of Idolsby magnetic9999Comment: Very lovely. The composition feels just right, and the colours are gorgeous. A study in blueish grey tones. |

Cloisters.by catpixelComment: This is cool. The focus is very soft, but I love the composition and the stark contrasts. This photo puts me in an interesting space. I'm not sure where it is, but there's a sense of vastness and airiness to it. |
