Looking at this photograph, I wouldn't have ever thought that the bird was the subject, if it was not for the theme.

But anyway, I liked the shot. And one thing I think may have improved it a little would be to have the shot titled down more, so we could see the street, sidewalk, etc. It just seems off the way you have it. 5.

Looks like maybe charcoal or something but I don't have any clue what the shiny thing is, or why it would belong there.

Did you neat image this at all?

There are weird spos in the image where it looks completely like there was noise reduction, then there are other spots where there's a ton of noise. It's kind of odd.

It's such a beautiful image, but I think it could use more grain. Parts look to smooth. Still a really awesome photo, and should've place higher.

Why a green border? I don't normally have a problem with borders at all, but that green, which is the only green in the photo, stands out, and not in that great of a way.

I like the shadow and your framing, though.

The colors seem off to me, but if that's how you intended it to be, then I'll just say I'm not a fan.

It seems pretty grainy as well, and in my personal tastes, grain doesn't work so well with color, so black and white may have been a nice idea.
