This appears to be slightly out of focus. The shot would be more interesting if the depicted items were being modeled by someone. I would have preferred a macro shot of the two fabrics to this.

This strikes me as a little morbid, and the photo itself more photojournalistic than I generally like for challenge entries. The misplaced focal point wouldn't have worked against you so much if the pillow weren't so detailed. Since this was an advanced editing challenge you might have been better off testing the "major elements" clause in the rules by cloning out the pillow to match the wall.

Both the composition and the focus directed my attention toward the object supporting the bed, which is presumably not the intended focal point. Gentle backlight above and behind the kid's head would have helped this shot.

The DoF is a little too shallow; the only items turned toward the camera are out of focus. I think that a less centered composition would have worked a little better here. The other limes surrounding the focal fruit are a nice touch.

This looks a little oversharpened. I love the leading lines and the illumination. I'd like to see a little more detail in the figure. I like the setting, but having your model so well illuminated works against the somber mood that you were aiming for.

The cows seem somewhat under-exposed. This tutorial might help you to bring out more of the detail in the foreground.

I find the residual color present in the shadow of the boat distracting. I think that a less center-heavy composition would have worked better.

The focus is a little off; the lines cutting through the mirror have the sharpest focus. This shot could benefit from increasing the contrast. Since there aren't any strong textures here I think that the color version of this shot may have had more impact. The shot is well framed, and I like the tattoos.
