Framing is very good. Could have been an entry in the recent "Unusual Objects" challenge (certainly more unusual than some of the top finishers). The bright blue sky sends a cheerful message, and makes me think of the face as reflecting how someone might feel after eating too much greasy fast food. It would be interesting to see whether that perception would change if using a black and white or sepia treatment.

I like the candidness of this photo and how it really looks like he is talking on a cell phone. In another era we wouldn't have even thought of it. Nice clear and candid. the wavy reflections add to the mostly drunk wine and human.
