This chap sits on the top of a local church along with some colleagues warding off evil spirits.

the problem i have always had with gargoyles warding off evil is that it seems to me that they look to be the evil. great find!

He looks like he just peed on someone and is rather enjoying the results! LOL The skies in your pics seem to be very blue. I thought it rained all the time over there???

great shot .. love the colours and the orientation .. he seems to be focusing on something to your left .. i think you should check .. could be a more evil entity approaching .. !!!

Installing a bunch of these guys to ward off evil spirits might be a bit like introducing cane toads to control cane beetles. (Sorry, that might be too Australian.)

Nice capture with just enough clouds in the sky. I like the "in the corner" framing.

Framing is very good. Could have been an entry in the recent "Unusual Objects" challenge (certainly more unusual than some of the top finishers). The bright blue sky sends a cheerful message, and makes me think of the face as reflecting how someone might feel after eating too much greasy fast food. It would be interesting to see whether that perception would change if using a black and white or sepia treatment.
