Finding GODby ZoomdakComment by Zoomdak: Yes, the gradient is set in photoshop on the computer monitor, and the reflections are caught on the keys =).
edit: Wrote it into the official "photographer comments" as well. Message edited by author 2005-01-27 00:06:56. |

Gloriaby ZoomdakComment by blemt: Excellent colors, and a striking composition. Nice example of why you need to take time to be where the good light is. 8 |

Finding GODby ZoomdakComment by lewiss: I think it means a gradient showing on the monitor, casting a glow onto the keyboard. |

Visionaryby ZoomdakComment by gacchan: Hee...I'm a little slow, and I know this was taken months upon months ago, but I can't help but want to share since people commented on not seeing the connection between the picture and the challenge.
I absolutely love your portfolio and the title of this one really caught my attention. One of my favorite poets is Arthur Rimbaud whose main claim to fame was his visionary theory to poetry.
Basically, he felt that to write true poetry, one had to be a visionary, an "other" as he put it (Je est un autre...incorrect French intentional) so as to not be held back by the constraints of the world and therefore fully give himself to the poetry...
And that, in a nutshell, is my take on how this relates to the theme of Freedom...that as a visionary, you're free from anything that could hold you back and therefore able to show the beauty of the world and life through your art. :) |

Gloriaby ZoomdakComment by Brad: Stunning composition and detail. Excellent timing on the shot.
By far, one of the better submissions in my opinion. ((9)) |
