That's one thing that's really nice about window light...it really helps show detail well.

well they sure look very very happy to be in that excellent environment rather in the school room ... i mean .. look at the guy . before he was half asleep and now he's 'out there' .. !!
great combination of images .. i often use adjustment layers in colour balance and/or levels to bring the colouring of the images more into line with each other, when combining different images that have different lighting and tones .. . :)

Hey that's an interesting fix! Looks like she's floating, which I like here.

The little statue is nicely lit.
I don't mind creases in a backdrop, but I'm not so keen on the colour. Perhaps a grey or black cloth would make the statue pop, as the colour, or reflected colour, in the background is a bit close at the moment.

Add me as three ... my favorite of the three right here. The diagonal fade background really sets the figure off to perfection.
Actually I have to respectfully disagree with Jaker, I think the dark background actually grounds this shot. IMO the background set the statue off in a more pleasing and calming tone/light and actually puts the focus on the statue and not the background.

Nice warm tones- if there were more light on the statue , it might detract- not sure !

Yummy- those Siberian Iris's have the richest most vibrant blue/purple that I have ever seen ! Lovely :) ( thanx for the compliment on my portfolio too !)

OK. I like this edit the best. I would have picked the first edit, but the gradient background kind of makes the statue look like it's floating and not attached to anything. Maybe if you painted in some more black on that left bottom corner? Just a thought.
