The idea is nice, but the execution is not so good, if you intended to make this look real in any way. The light is equally flat on all elements, so that is o.k., but the sharpness/focus/blur is different throughout and to me makes it just of combination of elements but does not rise above that.

just quickly looking at the thumbs with a view to vote .. and this one popped out .. i hadnt realized it was an extended editing challenge and wondered how on earth you had achieved this image .. on opening i realized my mistake ..

its excellent in black and white .. this is a WOW .. i would think in anyone's book ..
its only the first pic i've opened .. but its looking blue to me .. :)
