The three Ribboneers  by dougi555Comment by 777STAN: Dougie, The first thing that I thought was, "O, Lookie, it's that 'rubber-faced dude,' Collin, on that Improv show, 'Whose Line Is It Anyway?' that was really popular a few years ago," (and maybe it still is, I've been without a satellite dish for quite a while now.)
The show was hosted by Drew Carey.
I found a clip that illustrates my meaning very well.
