I was one of the three.

This image was far underrated, showing a brilliant use of color and greyscale to exemplify what the challenge REALLY meant to me. Use color to spotlight a black and white subject. Perhaps the reverse of that (using black and white with a colorized main focal point) is what forced so many to hammer this image.

I'm thinking it should be oobie'd.

The salt looks so different from the sugar. It almost looks corrosive. I live on an island and I know corrosion. The detail shows the striations on the facets or Mt peaks. I like the B&W. Are you going to do a whole recipe of ingredients, that could be fun.

Wow, very creative. The beauty behind this shot is if you step across the room and look at this or cross your eyes it really is gray. You get a ten from me as I can't image how you get more "black and white in color than this", awsome job!
