Interesting cardinal shot, but focus needs to be sharper. I think birds do better either tack sharp or blurred quite a bit by motion. This one is a bit in the no-man's land between them. Nice action by the bird though, can't say I've ever seen a bird do that.

Great job and a good image. Only minus IMO is that a little too much Topaz/Lucis Art or whatever you used causes her feet to look dirty and a little gross to look at. 7

The selective desaturation on this image allows the birds colour to be more vibrant. Though for me it also appears to be smoothed, the bird. The detail is lost in the feathers and decreases appeal for me.
