 levels, contrast. I cropped a section out of the middle to make it shorter. Cloned all the stuff out of the black. Lucisart, Topaz Denoise. Cleaned some spots off of her face. Used a filter on Virtual Photographer called 60's movies. USM Dodge and burn. Got the spiderweb from the texture library and put it in there somehow. I've never tried anything like this so it was trial and error.
