 Rotate, crop, select flower and inverse selection. Make bg black. inverse the selection again. adjust levels, contrast and add lucisart sculpture. Add a filter off of Virtual photographer. Noise reduction. Clone out some spots and dodge and burn. USM

I agree about the blues, but I think what really makes them pop is the black background, and especially the localized contrast on the individual petals- those darks really make the blue explode from the flower, and they also have the consequence of setting off the orange/yellow against the blues as well. Nice edit.
