Very happy that you are loving the new location. Have fun exploring. Whenever my husband and I move we have a rule that when we can get to a destination three times without getting lost then it is time to explore a new way to get there. It's fun and exciting.

ps .. i notice that you took it at 1/50th sec at iso 100 .. with the 40D you can up the iso more & still retain a fair degree of sharpness .. then you can speed up the shutter so that you dont have to worry about any camera shake .. well thats in situations where you dont have time to set the tripod up .. just a thought .
i actually took shots of katee on the firetrail yesterday and it was really overcast, so not much light .. i dont usually have the iso any higher than about 200 but to get the light in i went up to 800 .. i was shooting her moving so i was on 1/640th sec .. so it was pretty fast .. also i had the aperture at f5 .. using the 10-22 it only opens to f4.5 anyway .. but when looking at the images on the computer later i was surprised that the grain wasnt more pronounced .. i'll be putting katee in our june side in a while .. so you can see wot i'm talking about .. i'll put an unprocessed one in so you can see, coz after processing you wouldnt get much of an idea .. :)
