 Tiffany's friend sent her this necklace from Egypt as a gift, and when she showed it to me I instantly knew I wanted to photograph it for the challenge. I am really happy with how this turned out. She even let me trim some of her hair to make the hairstyle! We only took about 30 frames and this was the last one.

In response to the comment about blurring, I didn't blur this at all. I never use blur on skin. Here is a closeup of her face:

I used a similar technique to the one in my tutorial on Stare, just not nearly as heavily.

I understand! It threw me for a loop too, because I think she might have some slight tan lines that make it a little crazy. I had kind of a tough time reconciling it so that it would look normal instead of like she had giant bright stripes on her chest.

The only think missing for me from this shot is attitude. A slight upward tilt of the chin to show off her neck/necklace, maybe looking up and off to the distance.

Lovely lighting, the editing a,little over the top with the blur but not bad. The hair, great. My biggest concern here is the angle of the shoulders. The movement in the body is very lifeless. By turning her a little more sideways or dipping the left shoulder down. Then concentrating on expressin too, it would really have made everything pop. You might even see less of the necklace but the overall impact would make it seem even nicer.

This is nice overall, however it feels like the necklace is stealing the show. It's the most prominent part of the image and has the prime focal point. Beautiful model. Don't make her secondary.

This picture is beautiful, the necklace as well as the look in this models' magnificent eyes just tells the entire history of the necklace around her neck.
