	Where the Purple People Eaters Live by Shannon Comment by Artifacts: Natural framing is good. Bridge angle and covered wood creates a tranquil scene. Unfortunately, this is a good example of a perfectly good image being destroyed by an attempt to meet a challenge. Color is artificial and wrong, image has excessive noise and image general quality and clarity is very poor. All this will contribute to a very low score. Chalk this one up as a learning experience.

	Where the Purple People Eaters Live by Shannon Comment by smilebig4me1x: love the colour and the title of this but the film grain/noise is a distraction for me. IMHO i would have liked to see this as a more dreamy photo with some neat image to it to make it soft. but i think its an excellent photo. if i was a member i would vote this a 10 easy! update:just became a member so i get to really give ya that 10!

	Where the Purple People Eaters Live by Shannon Comment by sbeaumont: I wondered if we'd see any bold selective desaturation and hue shifts like this. Personally I like it a lot. Has a very dreamy, graphic feel to it and the composition is very good. I know this effect takes more work than it looks like at first sight. For some it may not be "out of this world" enough, but I love it. Well done. 8
