I like the composition on this one with the bus, marina, and mountains. Think a wider crop which removed much of the sky would have been more powerful. The image all looks a little pixelated or noisy.

with the shoreline being centered I think it would help the shot to have the shoreline level, the lights for the buildings also appear like UFO's in the sky which distract's from subject of the shot. Not really sure what you could do about the lights except maybe take the shot at dawn or dusk so the building outlines are still there so the lights are not just dots in the sky. To tell the truth this was not of my highest rated photos in this challenge. Lets take a look, what do we have, a very young lady, what, 5-10 years old, with really nice hair, who seems to be upset or on the verge of a tantrum? I tried to find substance and yet it floated away like a butterfly. I have looked at your portfolio and have seen several of your images that are definitely artistic, for some reason on this one you missed the mark as so it seems so did I..

The composition is what really stands out to me in this shot... There are branches in the shot, so it works for the theme, but you may be getting hammered by other voters are taking the challenge more literally... The shot is busy, but everything that's in the shot in interesting... nice shot
