Lovely portrait, as was your last one in the defining feature challenge. She really does have gorgeous eyes, and I just love that hat. My only dislike is the fuzzy thing (scarf?) she is wearing, I think it distracts the viewer a bit too much.

This is very, very good. I think to make it perfect you have to add some fill light on camera right to take out the shadow cast on your chest by the arm and glass. Also to light up the elbow underneath. I don't know if this is a self portrait or not, but I would think you would want the head of the model centered on the background spot light too.
