 I know I know it's a bad shot and I knew I shouldn't enter it but what the heck. This was a 1 hour to rollover shot that I had seen different in my mind but in reality it would take hours of just planning and setting up to get the actual look I wanted.

This is very, very good. I think to make it perfect you have to add some fill light on camera right to take out the shadow cast on your chest by the arm and glass. Also to light up the elbow underneath. I don't know if this is a self portrait or not, but I would think you would want the head of the model centered on the background spot light too.
