Day 15 - Coiled Rope by sherpetComment by jonfrommk: I know that you say you are playing around with textures in this challenge and this is another one that works really well. I am so impressed with the way you use contrast to really bring the shot to life
A shot that would have done very well in contre jour. The slight lens flare is a very minor detraction but given the angle its impossible to see how this could be avoided...another wonderful entry |

Day 15 - Coiled Rope by sherpetComment by smilebig4me1x: Im usually a girl of color but i really prefer this one the most. the tones are perfect. I think in the color version the colors distract from the textures of the wood and rope(for me at least) have a super great day sher

Coiled Rope in Sepiaby sherpetComment by edmeng: I like this one the best out of all. I feel like adding a bit of grain and vignette would make this photo even more dramatic. IMO |

Day 15 - Coiled Rope by sherpetComment by alexjack: After looking at all three I prefer this one. To me it just brings out more drama and interest. THe sepia tends to reduce some of the contrast and the range of tones, the color is nice too, I like the color contrasts, but I think the added somplexity of the color tends to take away from teh main idea of the rope and lines.
