I like how the architecture makes this look so nostalgic. Do you have any more pictures of the ice sculptures? I think those are so amazing -- and such a treat for a Texan who never sees it cold enough to keep ice in tact for 2 minutes.

firstly why iso 400 ??
& is that bracketing with the three shutter speeds ?? .. over-expose, neutral and under-expose ?... i'm thinking you could get the same result without a tripod if you shoot in raw & just process the one photograph three times with the different exposures ?? .. sorry to ask you all these questions, but you're getting the most amazing results in your photography/processing .. :)

Love the clarity and contrast which made the image jump right off the page when I first looked at it. I am unfamiliar with the steps for Transform Distort and the Nik Efex B&W filter. What are those?
